International Orders - the postage costs for your order will be displayed in the shopping basket after you have added your items and chosen your selected shipping country. We offer both tracked and untracked delivery services which are displayed in the shopping basket. For some countries we can only send by tracked mail.

Please note that we are no longer able to send aftershave/cologne products to international addresses.

  If you request to cancel your subscription before completing your first recurring payment, you will no longer be entitled to the initial subscription discount.
  In this case, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the discount received from your refund or to charge the difference between the discounted price and the full retail price of the item(s) from your original payment method.

• Cancellation After Minimum Term
  You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first recurring payment has been processed. Cancellation requests must be received before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

• Changes to Subscription
  You may update your delivery frequency, product selection, or payment details at any time through your account.

• Notice and Transparency
  The subscription option clearly displays these terms at the time of selection. By proceeding with a subscription order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
  
  Returns Guarantee
  We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their order. If you change your mind for any reason then you can return your order for a refund provided the items are unused, unopened and in re-sellable condition. Please note that we cannot refund any postage costs.
