2026 Christmas Delivery Dates
The last ordering dates for Christmas delivery are:
Royal Mail 48 Tracked - Order by 11am Friday 19th December.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked - Order by 11am Friday 19th December.
Our team and office will be closed from 24th Dec for the Christmas and New year break until we re-open again on 5th January .
All orders placed on or after Monday afternoon 22nd December will be dispatched on Monday 5th January 2026.
Delivery is available worldwide and all orders are sent using Royal Mail. Order before 10:30am for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 10:30am or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
UK Orders
We have delivery options available to UK customers.
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £4.00 delivery charge per order, or free on orders over £40.
This service has an estimated delivery time of 2 working days after dispatch. Full delivery tracking is provided, including email and SMS updates.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £5.50 delivery charge per order, or £1.50 on orders over £40.
This service aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch; however, this is not a guaranteed next-day service. Full delivery tracking is provided, including email and SMS updates.
Dispatch Information
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) will normally be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day. This cut-off time applies to all delivery services, including Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
Where Royal Mail 24 Tracked has been selected, delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. As such, postage costs will not be refunded if an item does not arrive the next working day.
International Shipping & Customs Charges
For international orders, the available postage options and costs will be displayed in your shopping basket once you have added your items and selected your shipping country.
We offer both tracked and untracked delivery services, where available. Please note that for certain countries, we can only offer tracked delivery. The available shipping methods and applicable costs will be shown at checkout.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
When ordering from outside the EU, including from Great Britain, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other import charges in the destination country.
From 1 July 2026, new EU customs rules apply. Under these rules, a minimum import duty of €3 is charged on each line item included in your delivery.
Please note that any VAT paid at checkout does not cover this import duty. VAT and import duties are separate charges, and any applicable customs charges must be paid before your parcel can be delivered.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and may vary depending on the destination, order and applicable customs regulations.
Please note that we are no longer able to send aftershave/cologne products to international addresses.
Orders Out of Stock
We are not able to part-ship orders when they contain products that are out of stock. If your order contains items that are out of stock then your order will be placed on hold until all items are available. If you need some items more urgently then please order them separately.
Delayed / Lost Orders
All shipping times displayed are estimates and are not guaranteed. The vast majority of orders will arrive within the estimated time but there are occasionally exceptions resulting in orders being delayed. UK orders can sometimes take up to 14 working days to arrive and international orders can take up to 21 working days to arrive. Orders that have not arrived after 14 working days (21 working days for international orders) will be considered to be lost in transit and a replacement will be sent.
